Issues with submitting support tickets in Microsoft Edge
If you’re experiencing issues submitting support tickets in Microsoft Edge, the problem is likely related to your Tracking Prevention settings. When Tracking Prevention is set to High, the ticket submission page may be blocked.
To resolve this, you’ll need to add the ticket submission page as an exception. Follow these steps:
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Tracking prevention, select Exceptions.
- Add the following URL to the exceptions list:
https://support.commbox.com.au/knowledge/kb-tickets/new
Once added, you should be able to submit support tickets without any issues.
