What to do if your CommBox Atom screen freezes or crashes
Resolve issues where your CommBox Atom screen becomes unresponsive, stuck, or crashes during use.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Press the Home or Back button on the remote or side panel.
2. If the screen doesn’t respond, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to enter standby, then press again to wake.
3. If still frozen, flip the rear power switch OFF, wait 10 seconds, then turn it ON again.
4. Allow the screen to reboot and try using it again.
5. Check if a specific app or input caused the crash. Avoid using it until updated or replaced.
💡 Tip: If the issue happens repeatedly with the same app, uninstall or reinstall it from the CommBox Store.
