Step-by-Step Instructions

Launch CommBox Connect

From the home screen, open CommBox Connect.

If not on the home screen, locate it under All Applications.

Download CommBox Connect on Your Device

Download the app from https://cc.commbox.com.au/downloads.

Connect Your Device

Ensure both the LED screen and your device are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Open the CommBox Connect app on your device and select the screen name from the list.

Tap to connect. Follow on-screen instructions to start sharing.

Alternative Sharing Options
-
Use Miracast, AirPlay, or Chromecast if supported by your device.

From your phone, tablet, or laptop, select screen mirroring and choose the LED screen.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

Can’t See the Screen in Device List: Confirm both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Connection Fails Repeatedly: Restart the Connect app and retry.

Lag or Delay in Sharing: Close background apps and ensure strong Wi-Fi signal.

If connection still fails, log a ticket on the Support Portal.
