Installing CommBox Gen 2 LED Board on a Mobile Stand
Learn how to safely install the CommBox Gen 2 LED board on a mobile stand, ensuring correct assembly and alignment for optimal performance.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Assemble the Mobile Stand

Identify and gather all stand components.

Use the appropriate tools to securely tighten mounting screws as per the illustrated assembly guide ().

Install the Bracket
-
Select bracket accessories for your specific screen size.

Attach the bracket to the mobile stand; confirm levelness before proceeding.

Prepare for Screen Installation
-
Ensure stand casters are locked and the wall mount is level.
-
Identify cabinet numbers; start from the centre, working outward when mounting cabinets.

Assemble the Cabinets
-
Engage hooks on upper and lower parts between cabinets.
-
Lock the spring pins on sides with an Allen wrench to secure cabinet columns.
-
Repeat for all columns until the full screen structure is assembled.

Assemble the Bottom Frame
-
Connect left and right frame sections using supplied connector plates and screws.
-
Attach Wi-Fi module and connect wiring per the wiring diagram.

Secure bottom frame to the screen assembly with locking blocks and retaining screws.

Connect Power and Signal Cables
-
Connect vertical and horizontal power and signal cables between cabinets.

Connect cables to the bottom frame following power and signal diagrams.

Install the LED Modules

Align each LED module using the calibration number labels.

Gently press modules into connectors; do not force connections.

Correct any unevenness immediately to ensure a flush display surface.

Install Bottom Frame Cover Plate

Starting from the right, align locating pins of the cover plate; magnetic attachments will secure it automatically for a seamless finish.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

Cabinets Not Aligning Properly: Recheck bracket levelness and cabinet hooks; adjust as needed.

Modules Not Sitting Flush: Ensure connectors are properly aligned; gently reseat the module.

No Power or Signal: Confirm all cables are fully connected and seated; check power source.
