      How to Update Intelligent Display firmware via OTA

      Keeping your Intelligent Display firmware up to date ensures optimal performance, security, and access to the latest features. Follow the steps below to update your display via OTA.

      Step 1: Navigate to Settings

      • Using the remote control, navigate to Settings from the home screen.

      Step 2: Access System Settings

      • Once in the Settings menu, go to System.

      Step 3: Select System Update

      • Within System, select System Update to check for available firmware updates.

      Step 4: Upgrade to the Latest Version

      • If an update is available, select Upgrade to install the latest version.
      • If no update is displayed, select Check for Update to manually search for available updates.

      Step 5: Troubleshooting Missing Updates

      • If there is still no update available after checking for updates, please refer to our Networking Whitepaper to ensure your network settings allow OTA updates.
