How to stop CommBox Neo turning off or going into standby unexpectedly

Keep the screen on during teaching and meetings by adjusting power and no-signal settings.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Open Settings on the Neo.

Step 2

Find the Power off timer setting and confirm it is configured correctly for your room.

Step 3

Find the No-signal power off/standby setting and confirm it matches how you use the screen.

Step 4

If the Neo is connected to a room control system via RS-232, disconnect the RS-232 cable and test again to see if the room system is triggering power commands.
