Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Make sure the Neo and your device are on the same network for the smoothest experience. (
Step 2
For Apple (iPhone/iPad/Mac), use AirPlay:

Open screen mirroring on your Apple device

Find the Neo device name

Start mirroring
Step 3
For Android, use Chromecast:

Open the device casting option

Find the Neo

Start casting
Step 4
Optional: install the CommBox Connect app for additional sharing options, then select the Neo and choose screen share.
💡 Tip: Wireless sharing reduces setup time and keeps collaboration moving.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

If the Neo does not appear, confirm both devices are on the same network.

Note: Neo supports a limited set of CommBox Connect features because it is a lightweight non-OS product.
