How to fix CommBox Neo when the status light is red and the screen is blank
Wake the screen and restore display quickly, so you can get straight back to presenting.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Press the Power button on the front of the Neo or on the remote to wake it.
Step 2
If the screen stays blank, restart the Neo:

Turn it off

Wait a few seconds

Turn it back on
💡 Tip: A red light usually means the Neo is in standby, so a quick power press often fixes it.
