How to fix CommBox Neo when the status light is off
Restore power quickly so the screen is ready for use when you need it.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Check the power cable is firmly connected to both the wall outlet and the Neo.
Step 2
If the Neo is plugged into a power board, make sure the power board is switched on and firmly connected to the wall.
Step 3
Check the switch beside the AC power inlet is set to ON (I).
Step 4
Test the wall outlet by plugging in another device to confirm the outlet works.
Step 5
Test the Neo power cable with another compatible cable (if available) to confirm the cable works.
💡 Tip: A secure power connection is the fastest way to bring the Neo back online.
