How to fix CommBox Neo blank screen when the status light is green and a computer is connected

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Make sure the connected computer is turned on and not in standby or sleep mode.

Step 2

Restart both the Neo and the connected computer.

Step 3

Replace the video cable (HDMI, USB-C, or DisplayPort) to check whether the cable is the issue.

Step 4

Make sure the cable meets recommended specifications and is a quality cable designed for video.

Step 5

On the computer, enable the external display output and set it to a supported resolution.

Step 6

Use one of these recommended resolutions:

  • 3840 × 2160, or

  • 1920 × 1080
