How to connect a laptop to your Atom via HDMI or USB-C
Easily connect your laptop to the CommBox Atom screen using a HDMI or USB-C cable for reliable display and touch interaction.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Plug one end of your HDMI or USB-C cable into your laptop.
2. Connect the other end into the front or back port of the CommBox Atom:

HDMI port (for video/audio only)

USB-C port (for video, audio, power and touch if supported)
3. If using HDMI:

Also connect a USB-A to USB-B touch cable to enable touch on the screen.
4. Tap the Sidebar Menu > Inputs and select the correct source (HDMI1, USB-C, etc.).
5. Your laptop screen should now appear on the CommBox.
💡 Tip: USB-C offers a single-cable solution if your laptop supports video output via USB-C.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

No image? Make sure your laptop display is set to mirror or extend.

Touch not working? Check the USB touch cable is also connected.

No sound? Ensure the Atom screen is set as the audio output device.
