How do I disable auto shutdown on 'No Signal' on my CommBox Display A8?

If your CommBox Display A8 is turning off by itself when no signal is detected, you can disable this automatic shutdown feature to keep the display on.

Prevent your CommBox Display A8 from powering off automatically when no signal is detected by setting the "No Signal Power Off" option to 'Never'.

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Open the CommBox menu

    • Use the CommBox remote and press the 'Menu' button to open the on-screen display menu.

  2. Navigate to the fifth tab

    • Use the arrow keys to move across the top tabs until you reach the fifth tab.

  3. Scroll down to 'Power Settings'

    • Press the down arrow to highlight the 'Power Settings' section.

  4. Scroll across to 'No Signal Power Off'

    • Navigate across to find the 'No Signal Power Off' option.

  5. Set this option to 'Never'

    • Select it and change the setting to 'Never' to disable automatic shutdown.
