Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Check What's in the Box
- CommBox Meeting Room Display
- Remote control
- Power cable
- HDMI cable
- Wall mount bracket
- AAA batteries
💡 Tip: Keep your packaging in a safe place — you may need the wall mount bracket and accessories during installation.
Step 2: Get to Know Your Screen
- The front of the screen includes a remote control sensor and a power indicator light
- The bottom edge has physical control buttons: INPUT, ▲, ▼, +, –, MENU, and Power
- Use these buttons if you don't have the remote handy
Step 3: Power On
- Connect the power cable to the rear of the screen
- Turn on the rear power switch
- Long press the Power button on the screen or remote
Step 4: Select Your Input Source
- Press SOURCE on the remote or INPUT on the screen
- Use arrow keys to choose your input (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, DP, USB-C, or VGA)
- Press OK to confirm
💡 Tip: Enable Signal Auto Jump in System Settings to have the screen automatically switch to a newly connected device.
Step 5: Open the Settings Menu
- Press MENU on the remote
- Use arrow keys to navigate
- Press OK to select
- Press MENU again to exit
Step 6: Understand Your Settings Sections
- Image Settings — Adjust picture quality, aspect ratio, and advanced display options
- Audio Settings — Choose sound modes and adjust volume
- System Settings — Set language, rotation, and signal auto-switching
- Power On/Off Settings — Schedule automatic power times and manage standby
- Other Settings — Access key lock, PIP/PBP, and temperature control
- About This Screen — View device info, serial number, and factory reset
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn't Work
- No power light — check the cable, power point, and rear power switch
- No image — check the input source and cable connection
- No sound — check the volume level and confirm the screen is not muted
- Image looks wrong — restore factory settings via About This Screen > Restore Factory Settings
