Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Check with your IT Engineer or network administrator to confirm if your network supports communication between different SSIDs or VLANs.
Step 2
Ask your IT Engineer to enable traffic routing between the SSIDs, VLANs, and network ports used by CommBox Connect.
Step 3
Make sure the required ports are open and not blocked by the firewall. Refer to the CommBox Network Security document.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

Can’t connect across networks? Check that inter-VLAN routing or SSID bridging is enabled.

Still not working? Double-check with your IT team that all the required ports are allowed through the firewall.
