Securely logging out
Accounts will be logged out when the session time is up or by choosing to logout at any time.
User are reminded 5 mins prior to their login session ending and are given the option to extend the login session when there is 1 minute remaining
Users can log out at any time
When a user is logged out the following happens:
- Cloud drives connection and associated data is removed from the screen
- Storage folder is purged
- All apps are closed
- Whiteboard and browser are purged
