      What is the warranty period for Karter products?

      The warranty period for a Karter product (AV Mounts, Stands and Meeting Room furniture) will vary depending on whether it has been sold with a CommBox screen. 
      1. If Karter product was bought with a CommBox screen - then the same warranty period as the screen applies to the Karter product.
      2. If the Karter stand is motorised, then a 2 Year warranty applies.
      3. If  Karter stand is not motorised, then a 12 month warranty applies.
