Why can I not log into CommBox OS Accounts?
Requirements to make CommBox OS Accounts work
In order to ensure that CommBox OS Accounts is working correctly, please ensure the following:
- The screen is connected to the internet
- The newest firmware has been installed on your screen (How to update your firmware)
- Your Microsoft or Google Admin must have approved the use of CommBox OS Accounts for your organisation. All they need to do is log in and accept the admin check in box.
- The date and time must be correct of your CommBox for CommBox OS Accounts to work.
