How do I identify the model of my CommBox?

The model can be identified by the serial number.

Check your serial number on the white sticker on the back of the panel (underneath the barcode) or go to 'About' menu in settings.

Typically a serial numbers look like this

To read your serial number the following rules can be applied:

The first 4 numbers are the year then month
The letter indicates if it is interactive (C) or display (D) or intelligent display (I)
The next 2 numbers are the size i.e 55", 65", 75", 86"
The following 3 numbers after the size indicates the model
010 / 011/ 020 / 022 / 023 / 030 - these are all Classic CommBox model numbers
110 / 111 / 211 - these are all S4/S4+ model number
