How to Check Your Firmware Version

S5 Models

📺 If your home screen looks like this and you have built in NFC read and microphone in the top of the bezel:

➡️ To check your firmware version:

• Open the Settings app.
• Scroll to the System menu and select System Update.
• Tap Check Update to see if any updates are available.
• Install and Download if there are

✅ The latest firmware version for S4/S4+ begins with: 20250318

S4 / S4+ Models

📺 If your home screen looks like this:

➡️ To check your firmware version:

1. Tap the Sidebar Menu

2. Select Settings at the bottom (or from the Launcher if removed from sidebar)

3. Tap About

✅ The latest firmware version for S4/S4+ begins with: 20250124

Atom Models

📺 If your home screen looks like this:

➡️ To check your firmware version:

1. Tap the Sidebar Menu

2. Open the Setting App and go to the "About" Menu

3. Select Update > - from the top of the menu list 

✅ The latest firmware version for is: V1.2.0

 

Classic V3 / V3X Models

📺 If your home screen looks like this:

➡️ To check your firmware version:

1. Tap the Sidebar Menu

2. Tap the Cog icon at the top

3. Select Info

✅ The latest firmware version for Classic models is: V3.8.0 via USB update and V3.6.0 via the OTA.

Horizon Models

📺 If your home screen looks like this:

1. ➡️ To check your firmware version:

   1. Tap the Sidebar Menu

   2. Select the Launcher icon

   3. Tap Settings > System

   4. Select System Update

   ✅ The latest firmware version for Horizon starts with: 202311

Intelligent Display Models

📺 If your home screen looks like this:

➡️ To check your firmware version:

1. Use the remote to open Settings

2. Select the System tab

3. Tap System Update

✅ The latest firmware for Intelligent Display includes: 20250206
