Why hasn't my 'Friendly Name' updated on Airserver?

Please first check your name does not contain special characters. Airserver does not support special characters when renaming your screen so please just keep it simple. 

You also need to restart your screen when you change or update the name. 

Please note: if you have an interactive screen, you must hold down the power button to do a restart! :)
