Why you might not be able install applications on Dingo firmware (and how to fix it)
If you're having trouble installing apps on a CommBox touchscreen running Dingo firmware, updating the CommBox Store and enabling Silent App Install should fix it.

Dingo Firmware (CommBox OS) on Classic S4 and S4+
Step 1: Update the CommBox Store

Navigate to the CommBox Store:
- Once Dingo has been installed, open the CommBox Store on your device.

Prompt for Store Update:
- You will be prompted for a store update. Select Update now.
Step 2: Configure Silent App Install

Navigate to Settings:
- After the store update, navigate to Settings on the top right-hand side of your screen.

Ensure Silent App Install is On:

If apps still won’t install after following the steps:

Check your Wi-Fi connection is stable.

Try turning Silent App Install off and then back on again.

If problems continue, log a ticket on the Support Portal for help.
