What should I do if my USB camera is not working when plugged into the public USB ports?

Some USB cameras use USB 3.0 which isn't supported by our panels yet. In some cases, the visual quality will be downgraded and in some cases, the camera won't work at all. We recommend plugging the camera directly into a Windows PC, Mac or CommBox OPS to get the best experience.
