Step-by-Step Explanation

The Sleep Timer is a feature that completely powers down your Meeting Room Display after a set amount of time.

While this might seem useful for energy saving, it can cause your display to shut down unexpectedly—such as during a presentation or video call.

💡 We recommend keeping the Sleep Timer turned OFF to avoid interruptions in your meeting room environment.

How to check if the Sleep Timer is enabled

Step 1

From the home screen, go to Settings.

Step 2

Navigate to the Clock or Power Settings tab (varies by firmware version).

Step 3

Look for Sleep Timer and ensure it is set to Off.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • Display keeps turning off? Double-check that the Sleep Timer is disabled.

  • Need the display to turn off automatically after hours? Use the Scheduled Power Off feature instead, which gives you full control over when the display shuts down.
