Understand Android resolution on your screen
-
All CommBox screens with Android run native 4K resolution (3840 × 2160) on the Android system.
-
This ensures everything from apps to menus looks sharp and detailed.
Know the exception
-
The Classic V3, V3X and Commercial Display V4 model runs Android at Full HD (1920 × 1080).
-
However, you can still enjoy full 4K resolution by connecting a 4K external device.
How to make the most of your 4K screen
-
Connect a PC, Mac or laptop that supports 4K output using HDMI for video and USB Touch for interactive control.
-
The CommBox OPS (Open Pluggable Specification) PC also supports native 4K output, giving you a seamless high-resolution experience.
💡 Tip: Always check your connected device's display settings to ensure it’s outputting at 4K for the best performance.
