Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

Touch not responding? You can use your finger in the meantime—CommBox touchscreens are finger- and stylus-compatible.

Wrong stylus? Make sure you're ordering the correct pen for your screen model (e.g. Classic V3 vs Classic S4 vs S5).
