What are the recommended media properties when uploading for signage?

A typical aspect ratio recommendation is 16:9 and content should be exported at a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels.

This means if you upload a desired file with the incorrect resolution you may experience black strips at the top and bottom of the image.

Content should be suited to the orientation of the screen e.g landscape vs portrait. It is recommended that video files have a bit rate of 6-8Mbps and are exported as an mp4.

The maximum file size per upload is 1GB. If the files are too large it is recommended to use a compression program such as Handbrake.
