How to use Annotate on a Classic S5

Annotate is a feature that enables you to draw and write on anything displayed on your screen. The S5 includes Instant Annotation, which activates the moment the stylus touches the screen. Alternatively, you can access the Annotate tool via the side menu.

This versatile tool even allows annotation over live video.

When the Annotate tool opens it has the following features:

Pen	Allows you to control the colour and width of the pen Additional options User finger to draw - When toggled on - allows you to annotate with your finger When toggled off - allows you to annotate with the stylus. You can still use your finger to navigate the screen Flip stylus to erase When toggled on - allows the thick end of the pen to be an eraser When toggled off - allows the thick and thin end of the pen to be the same
Clean	Removes all Annotation from the screen
Save	Saves the Annotation into the Mark folder in Files
More	Files – opens the Files app to show you the saved annotations Insert – inserts the PNG of the Annotation into the Whiteboard Share – generates a QR code Cloud – saves it to the connected Cloud drive Auto - toggles between Auto Annotate being on or off.
Close	Closes the Annotation tool
