If you encounter any issues with your CommBox LED Board, try these simple steps before contacting support:

- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the LED Board and the power outlet.
- Check if the power outlet is functioning by plugging in another device.

- Verify that the LED Board is turned on and the indicator lamp is blue.
- Adjust the brightness settings using the remote control or the on-board menu.

- For Wi-Fi or Ethernet problems, ensure the network settings are correctly configured and the signal strength is adequate.
- For Bluetooth pairing issues, make sure the device is within range and the LED Board is in discoverable mode.
