My HDMI output isn't sending any signal?
If your CommBox is not recieving a signal through the HDMI output, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue
Step 1: Check Hardware and Ports
- Ensure the HDMI port on your CommBox is functioning properly by testing it with another device.
- Restart your CommBox and reconnect the HDMI cable.
Step 2: Inspect the HDMI Cable Quality
- Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected and works on another device.
- If the cable appears faulty, try using a different cable.
Step 3: Select the Correct HDMI Input
- Use the display’s remote or touch to select the active HDMI input in the inputs menu.
Step 4: Confirm CommBox 4K Capability
- Verify that your Device can output 4K. If not, go to Inputs, scroll to Menu Settings, and lower the resolution by setting "HDMI out" to 1920x1080.
Step 5: Raise a Support Ticket
- If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact support for further assistance.
