      Installation Guide: CommBox LED Board

      Preparing the Installation Environment

      Before installing your CommBox LED Board, ensure that the environment meets the following conditions:

      • The wall for mounting should be a load-bearing structure.
      • Avoid special wall structures like glass or marble without proper reinforcement.
      • Ensure the area is dry and well-ventilated, with humidity not exceeding 85%.

      Step-by-Step Instructions for Structure Installation

      1. Bracket Mounting

        • Assemble the bracket using the provided parts and tighten the installation screws.
        • Install the hanging bars on the bracket and ensure they are level.

      2. Assembling the Cabinets

        • Join the cabinets into columns as numbered and connect them using hook locks and side locks.
        • Attach the hanging plates to the cabinets and remove the locating pins where necessary.

      3. Mounting the Cabinets

        • Hang the cabinets from the center to the sides on the bracket’s hanging bars.
        • Lock the panels together using the side spring locating pin and hook locks.

      4. Installing the LED Modules

        • Install the modules according to their serial numbers to ensure optimal display quality.
        • Connect the modules with the hub board and ensure proper alignment.

      5. Finalizing the Structure

        • Assemble the lower side frame and secure it to the lowermost row of cabinets.
        • Connect the power and signal cables as indicated in the manual.

      6. Edging and Frame Covers

        • Install the left, right, and upper edgings by clipping them into place.
        • Secure the lower side frame covers with screws as per the installation diagram.

      Safety and Warnings

      • Wear anti-static gloves and bracelets during installation.
      • Ensure the display is powered on at least twice a week for a minimum of two hours.
      • Consult technical professionals if installation near the sea or in high-sulfur areas is unavoidable.
