How to install the Wi-Fi module on your CommBox Classic S4
Learn how to install the Wi-Fi module on your CommBox Classic S4 so you can connect to wireless networks and access internet-based features like updates, screensharing, and the CommBox Store.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1. Locate the Wi-Fi module

Find the Wi-Fi module in the accessories bag that came with your CommBox.

It looks like a small USB-style device with connection pins.
Step 2. Power off the CommBox

Switch off the screen at the main power switch on the back.

Unplug the power cable for extra safety.
Step 3. Remove the dust cover

Look under the CommBox, near the middle-bottom edge.

Using a Phillips head screwdriver, unscrew and remove the dust cover to reveal the Wi-Fi slot.
Step 4. Install the Wi-Fi module

Gently line up the module with the pins inside the slot.

Press it in firmly but carefully until secure.
Step 5. Power on and connect

Plug the CommBox back in and power it on.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi

Select your network and connect.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

Wi-Fi option not showing?
Make sure the module is fully inserted and restart the screen. -
Still can’t connect?
Try an Ethernet cable or contact your IT admin to check network settings.
