CommBox AI

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Video Pilot

Open the Side menu, then the Launcher, then tap Video Pilot.

Step 2: Add a video

Tap Add and choose a video file from USB or local storage. The guide states that common formats such as MP4 and AVI are supported.

Step 3: Start the AI analysis

Play the video inside Video Pilot if needed, then tap the Video Pilot button in the bottom-right corner to begin analysis.

Step 4: Review the results

When the analysis is complete, Video Pilot creates:

  • a transcript
  • a summary of the video
  • a timeline with labelled segments

Step 5: Adjust language or font size if needed

If the video is not in English, select Video Language at the bottom of the Video Pilot screen. To change text size, tap the Settings cog and choose Font Size.

💡 Tip: Video Pilot helps you pull out key points fast, which is useful for revision, review and sharing concise notes.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work
