How to use the front buttons and inputs on your CommBox Classic S4
Your CommBox Classic S4 includes physical buttons and front-facing ports for quick access. This guide explains how to use them to power on the screen, connect devices, and enable touch.

Front Button Functions
The front of your CommBox Classic S4 features a Power button, which can:

Wake up the screen (from standby)

Put the screen into standby (with a quick press)

Fully power off the screen (with a long press)
💡 Tip: The CommBox also has a main power switch at the back near the power cable. Use this to completely shut off power if needed.
Understanding the Power Indicator Light
The Power button has a status light that helps you understand the screen’s current state:
Light Status | Meaning |

Off | Not receiving power |
Red (solid) | Standby mode |
Red (flashing) | Shutting down |
White | Powered on and operational |
Using the Front Input Ports
The Classic S4 has a variety of front-facing ports for fast, temporary connections:
