      How to Use the CommBox Atom Whiteboard

      Introduction

      This guide will walk you through using the CommBox Atom Whiteboard, covering features like tools, background settings, and saving your work.

      Step 1: Launching the Whiteboard App

      From the home screen, select the Whiteboard app. The whiteboard is an endless canvas, allowing you to add multiple pages and easily toggle between them using the arrows or page numbers.

      Step 2: Customizing Background Settings

      Access the Menu and choose Background Settings. Options include:

      • Solid Colors
      • Patterns
      • Custom Images

      Step 3: Using the Stylus

      The CommBox Atom comes with two styluses:

      • Each stylus has a thick and a thin end.
      • Configure one end as a pen and the other as an eraser or assign both ends as different pen types.

      Step 4: Pen Types and Writing

      • Choose from a variety of pen types, including ones that convert handwriting into text.
      • Adjust the pen's color and width in the menu.

      • QR Code Export: Create a QR code to share the whiteboard with others. Scan it with your phone to view the content.
      • Saving Options: Save your whiteboard directly to cloud services like OneDrive or Google Drive, local storage, or external devices like USB drives.
      • You can save your work in various formats, including:
        • IWB: To continue working on the whiteboard later.
        • PDF or Image: For distribution or archiving.
