Applies To CommBox Meeting Room Display Gen 2 — All models
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Other Settings
- Press MENU on the remote
- Navigate to Other Settings and press OK
Step 2: Set Up Picture-in-Picture (PIP)
- Navigate to PIP and press OK
- Turn on PIP
- Select your primary and secondary input sources
- Adjust the position of the smaller window: top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right
- Adjust the size of the secondary window to suit your needs
Step 3: Set Up Picture-by-Picture (PBP)
- Navigate to PBP and press OK
- Select the input source for the left side
- Select the input source for the right side
- The screen will split into two equal halves showing both sources simultaneously
💡 Tip: PBP is great for side-by-side comparisons in meetings — for example, showing a live presentation on one side and a reference document on the other.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn't Work
- PIP or PBP option is greyed out — certain input combinations may not support this feature; try a different combination of sources
- Secondary window is too small to read — adjust the PIP window size in the PIP settings
