How to use AI in the Whiteboard on CommBox AI

Learn how to use AI inside Whiteboard to create topic ideas, mind maps and supporting visuals without leaving the board.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Whiteboard

Open Whiteboard from the home screen, side menu or launcher.

Step 2: Select the content

Choose the drawing, text or image you want to work with. When the content is selected, AI tools become available.

Step 3: Use AI Topics

Use AI Topics to create sticky notes with related ideas and discussion points.

Step 4: Use AI Mindmap

Use AI Mindmap to build a mind map from the selected topic.

Step 5: Use AI Artist

Use AI Artist to generate an image from the selected content and your chosen drawing style.

Step 6: Use voice commands if needed

You can press and hold the Voice key on the AI Pen, then say commands like:

  • Open Whiteboard
  • Generate a mind map of metamorphosis

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work
If the Whiteboard AI options do not appear:

  • Confirm content is selected first
  • Reopen Whiteboard
  • Try a different content type such as text instead of an image
  • Make sure CommBox AI is activated on the screen
