How to set up CommBox AutoFill and create your Vault PIN

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the CommBox Experience Portal on your computer

In your browser, go to:
https://commboxexp.com

Click Login to Portal.

Step 2: Sign in with the same account you use on the screen

Sign in with Google or Microsoft using the same account you use on your CommBox screen. 

Step 3: Open CommBox AutoFill

Select CommBox AutoFill from the portal. 

Step 4: Create your 6-digit PIN

Create a 6-digit PIN. This PIN unlocks AutoFill on the screen and also lets you manage your Vault on your computer. 

Step 5: Accept Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement

Tick the checkbox, then click Set PIN to create your Vault. 

 

💡 Tip: Use a PIN you can remember, but don’t share it. This keeps your logins private in shared rooms.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • If you can’t sign in, confirm you’re using the same Google/Microsoft account you use on the screen.

  • If Set PIN fails, refresh the page and try again.

  • If you forget the PIN later, you’ll need to reset your Vault (this deletes saved logins).
