How to change the HDMI EDID version to 1.4 on your Commercial Display V4

Step 1

Switch your display to the HDMI source connected to your device (e.g. HDMI 1).

Press the Menu button on your remote to open the CommBox settings menu.

Navigate to the 2nd tab using the arrow buttons.

Scroll down to Advanced Settings.

With Advanced Settings selected, scroll across to find the option HDMI EDID.

Select HDMI EDID, then choose 1.4 from the available versions.
