How to request an app or add a custom URL in CommBox AutoFill

Request new app support or add a custom login URL so AutoFill works with the services you use most.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Save a new Login area

Go to CommBox AutoFill in the portal and find Save a new Login.

Step 2: Request an app if it isn’t listed

Select Request an app and submit the form with the app details. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. 

Step 3: Add a custom login right away (optional)

If you need it now, select Custom and enter the specific login URL for the service. (See page 6)

Step 4: Save the login

Enter username/password and click Save Login

💡 Tip: A custom URL is ideal for school portals and organisation-specific login pages.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • If AutoFill doesn’t appear on the screen for the site, confirm you saved the exact login URL (not a page after login).

  • If the site uses multiple login steps, AutoFill still helps, but you may need to complete MFA as normal.
