Step 1: Open Other Settings

  • Press MENU on the remote
  • Navigate to Other Settings and press OK

Step 2: Enable Key Lock

  • Navigate to Key Lock and press OK
  • Set it to ON
  • The physical buttons on the screen will now be disabled

Step 3: Enable Remote Lock (Optional)

  • Navigate to Remote Lock and toggle it on
  • The remote control will now be disabled

💡 Tip: Key Lock is great for shared environments like classrooms or public spaces where you want to prevent accidental or unauthorised changes to the screen settings.

  • To turn off Key Lock — use the remote to go to MENU > Other Settings > Key Lock > OFF
  • To turn off Remote Lock — use the physical buttons on the screen to navigate to MENU > Other Settings > Remote Lock > OFF
