How to Group Multiple Commbox Displays at Once with CommBox Connect Eshare

Learn how to group CommBox screens and broadcast the same content to all of them using the Display Group feature in CommBox Connect Powered by Eshare.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

On your CommBox screen, open the CommBox Connect Powered by Eshare app.

Step 2

Tap the Moderator Control Center from the main menu.

Step 3

Select Display Group.

Step 4

From the list of available CommBox screens (on the same Wi-Fi network), choose the ones you want to group.

💡 Tip: All CommBox screens must be connected to the same network to appear in the list.

Step 5

Confirm the group. The primary screen (the one you’re using) will now broadcast content to all grouped displays.

💡 Note: Only the primary CommBox screen retains touch controls. The other grouped screens display content but can’t be interacted with.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • Issue: Other screens aren’t showing in the Display Group list.
    Fix:

    • Ensure all screens are running CommBox Connect Powered by Eshare.

    • Check all are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

    • Restart the app on the secondary screens if needed.

  • Issue: Display Group keeps disconnecting.
    Fix:

    • Ensure a strong network connection—poor Wi-Fi can cause dropouts.

    • Avoid using guest networks or VPNs.
