How to edit saved logins in CommBox AutoFill

Update usernames, passwords, and URLs so AutoFill always signs you in smoothly.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open your saved logins list

In the CommBox AutoFill portal, find Your Saved Logins. 

Step 2: Select Edit on the login you want to update

Click Edit next to the saved login. 

Step 3: Update the details

Edit the app, nickname, URL, username, or password. (See page 8)

Step 4: Save your changes

Click Update to save. 

💡 Tip: Updating passwords straight after a reset keeps lessons and meetings running without sign-in delays. 

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • If you’re asked for your PIN again, re-enter it. AutoFill prompts every 5 minutes for security. 

  • If the updated password still fails on the screen, confirm the website login hasn’t changed and that MFA is completed.
