- Rock, Pop, Jazz, Classical — preset profiles for different environments
Step 3: Adjust the Volume
- Use Vol+ and Vol– on the remote at any time
- Adjust balance in the Audio Settings menu for more even sound across the room
Step 4: Enable or Disable Listen Alone (Optional)
- Toggle Listen Alone on to direct audio to a connected headphone or external device
- Toggle it off to play sound through the screen's built-in speakers
Step 5: Connect External Speakers (Optional)
- Connect speakers or an amplifier to the Audio Out port on the back of the screen
- This gives louder, better-quality sound for larger rooms
💡 Tip: For classrooms or large meeting rooms, connecting dedicated external speakers via the Audio Out port will significantly improve sound quality.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn't Work
- No sound — check the screen is not muted (press Mute on the remote to toggle) and the volume is turned up
- Sound from external speakers only — Listen Alone may be enabled; go to Audio Settings and turn it off
- Audio cable connected but sound from wrong device — check the Audio Out cable is connected to your speakers and that they are powered on
- Reset all audio — go to Audio Settings > Reset Audio Settings
