How do I set my signage to have a schedule?

 

Scheduling is only accessible for Advanced licenses.


Schedules allow playlists to be played at specifically allocated times. You are able to view information about your set schedules including the number of events, screens that have been assigned to it and when it was created. You are also able to search, duplicate and delete schedules.


From the 'schedules' tab click 'add schedule in the top right corner. Give your schedule a name and you'll be presented with a calendar view. 



To create a new scheduled event, click and drag from the start and end time you would like to insert a playlist. You are able to toggle between weeks by clicking 'Previous Week' or 'Next Week' at the top left and right of the page to see your schedule. 

Once you have selected your desired scheduled time slot a menu will pop up where you can assign more details.

Select a previously created playlist, name the schedule, select the days for it to play and select a start and end date. When you have completed all the fields click 'Add Schedule'. 



Once your schedule is ready click 'Publish' to save. Keep in mind if this schedule is currently assigned to a screen or screens and you have an internet connection, it will instantly push the content to all screens. From this menu you can also add additional screens or screen groups to this schedule (if you have an advanced license).
