      How do I save my White Board work to One Drive or Google Drive?

      tep 1: Ensure Internet Connection

      • Make sure the CommBox panel is connected to the internet.
      • You can verify this by opening a browser on the panel and checking if web pages load correctly.S4 Dog browser example

      Step 2: Access the Export Menu

      • Once your whiteboard work is ready for export, click the Menu option located at the bottom right of the whiteboard screen.
      • From the menu, select Cloud Storage.

      Step 3: Choose Google Drive or OneDrive

      • Select either Google Drive or OneDrive from the available options.

      Step 4: Follow the Prompts

      • Follow the on-screen prompts to log in to your OneDrive account and save your whiteboard work.
