How do I save energy and ensure my CommBox lasts longer?

It is important to adhere to the maximum of 16hr up time each day to help save energy and to maintain the benefits of your warranty.

There are a number of power saving options available to keep your CommBox happy and healthy.

If you have a S4 / S4+ model i.e. your home screen looks like this

Then please follow these steps:

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to view Setting menu
  2. Select 'Power' tab
  3. Adjust Power Savings Options or create a Power Schedule
  4. Another option is to select 'Screen' tab and select pixel shift and/ or energy saver
  5. If you have CommBox Manage you can schedule and trigger power schedules.

If you have a Classic model i.e. your home screen looks like thisV3X homescreen side arrow highlighted

Then please follow these steps:

  1. Select sidebar menu 
  2. Select Power' icon (second from bottom of the menu)
  3. Adjust power settings and/ or enable scheduled power
  4. Another option is to select '3 bars' icon 4th option from top of sidebar menu and select 'Intelligent Screen Protection'.
