      How do I freeze my CommBox Interactive Classic V3/V3X screen at any time?

      1. Use the remote control

      2. Access the Freeze app through the Tools Menu

      3. Swipe up from the bottom left or right corner of the CommBox panel and select the 'snowflake' icon. 



      The 'snowflake' icon will become blue and this means that your panels screen on a selected input is frozen.

      To un-freeze,  push the 'snowflake' again and the icon will return to white.
