How do credits work in CommBox Manage?

CommBox Manage Licensing Explained

When you purchase a CommBox Interactive panel with a 7-year licence, it includes 2,555 credits that are automatically added to your Manage account when the device is enrolled.

How Credits Work

  • 1 credit will be deducted, per device, per day. While the CommBox panel is enrolled into the Manage account

  • The total pool of 2,555 credits can be shared across any number of devices


Key Concept

You are not limited by the number of devices, instead, all devices share the same pool of credits.


What Happens When Credits Run Out?

  • Once all credits are used:

    • The licence expires

    • Devices will no longer be manageable in CommBox Manage

  • A licence renewal is required to continue using the service
