If you're experiencing low audio levels while using eShare, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue
Step 1: Increase the Volume on Your Laptop
- Locate the volume controls on your laptop. You can find the volume buttons on your keyboard or adjust the volume by clicking the speaker icon in the taskbar (usually located at the bottom right corner of your screen).
- Select "Speakers (eShare Audio)" as your default audio output device.
- Use the volume up button or drag the volume slider to increase the volume to your desired level.
- Test the audio by playing a sound or video on your laptop to ensure the volume is adequate.
Step 2: Adjust the Volume in the eShare Application
- Open the eShare application on your laptop.
- Locate the volume control within the eShare app, usually found at the bottom or in the settings menu.
- Increase the volume within the eShare application by moving the slider to the right or clicking the volume up icon.
Step 3: Turn Up the Volume on your Interactive Display Panel
- Access the physical volume controls of the interactive display panel you're using with eShare.
- Increase the panel volume to a suitable level to ensure it matches the audio output from your laptop and eShare.
- Play a video or audio file to check that the overall sound level meets your expectations
Step 4: Verify All Volume Levels Are Synchronized
- Ensure that the volume levels on your laptop, eShare application, and display panel are balanced.
- If one source is significantly lower, adjust it to match the others for a consistent audio experience.
Step 5: Test the Audio Output
- After adjusting all volume controls, test the audio by playing content through eShare.
- If the audio is still low, revisit each step to make further adjustments as needed.
