Step 1

Unbox and Set Up the Display

  • Carefully unpack the CommBox Meeting Room Display.

  • Mount it securely using the recommended wall bracket or stand.

  • Connect power and your preferred input device (e.g. Microsoft Teams Room PC, Zoom Room appliance) using HDMI and USB-C or USB-B for touch control.

💡 Tip: Use quality HDMI and USB cables for the best performance.

Step 2

Turn On the Display

  • Press the power button located on the front or side of the screen.

  • The display will boot up and show your connected device’s content automatically.

Step 3

Access the Settings Menu

  • Tap the Settings icon using the remote or touch menu.

  • Here, you can adjust:

    • Input Source

    • Power Save Settings

    • Brightness & Volume

    • Network (if using LAN for display management)

💡 Tip: You can also access settings via the IR remote for faster navigation.

Step 4

Customise Power Management

Go to Settings > Power Save Settings:

  • Enable Power Save so the screen sleeps when the device sleeps.

  • Turn Quick Start on for fast wake-up.

  • Turn Auto Power Down off to avoid unwanted shutdowns during meetings.

Step 5

Using the Display in a Meeting Room Setup

  • Integrate with your meeting room system (like a Teams Room or Zoom Room) by connecting the controller PC.

  • The CommBox Meeting Room Display acts as the main visual interface, showing meeting invites, video calls, and shared content.

  • Use the touchscreen to join meetings, share content, or navigate in supported apps.

💡 Tip: The screen is fully compatible with touch-enabled conferencing systems.

Step 6

Daily Use and Maintenance

  • Wake the screen by touching it or tapping the connected controller.

  • Clean using a soft, dry microfibre cloth.

  • Avoid harsh cleaners or moisture near ports.
